As educators, we will be actively involved in the education and care of the children and the families to ensure they gain the knowledge, skills and attributes to extend the most of their potential.

We will respect the needs and rights of all children and care for them in a way which ensures their physical and emotional wellbeing. 

Our educators have wide range of practical skills.  Educating and caring for children requires knowledge, skills, empathy, kindness and commitment.

Early childhood education and care includes child development, intentional and spontaneous teaching and learning theory, brain research, health and safety, nutrition, social cultural understanding, sustainability and child protection.

Our educators are able to interpret and understand legislation and regulatory requirements, and have undertaken First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Child Protection training.
