Fees
Nara operates as a not-for-profit body. Our primary aim is to provide a high standard of childcare while keeping fees as low as possible. Nara relies on the regular payment of fees to cover operating costs.
Fees effective 13 January 2025:
Long Day Care Daily Fee: $150
3-yearold (integrated) Kindergarten Daily Fee: $150
4-yearold (integrated) Kindergarten Daily Fee: $145 (reduced rate as lunchbox for morning tea and lunch is required from home)
Child Care Subsidy
The Child Care Subsidy is a Federal Government scheme which helps families with the cost of quality childcare. All families can apply and may be eligible depending on their combined family income and activity test for the Commonwealth Child Care Subsidy, for both long day care and Kindergarten programs. For more information please visit Services Australia webpage or a Centrelink office.
Free Kinder
Additionally, all kindergarten bookings attract an additional Victorian Government ‘Free Kinderʼ payment to reduce the gap fee. This payment will be applied to the kinder booking each month during school terms, and only after Centrelink has reconciled your Child Care Subsidy. All bookings are permanent and continue through school holidays.
